MUMBAI: Jennifer Winget and Karan Wahi are an ideal on-screen pair for a lot of people in the audience and as soon as the audience got to watch the trailer of the show Raisinghani vs Raisinghani, they all felt a wave of nostalgia (Dill Mill Gayye memories incoming…).
So recently, the new series, Raisinghani vs Raisinghani released on SonyLIV and till now 5 episodes have been released. The show has so far received a lot of love due to the chemistry between Jennifer Winget and Karan Wahi and also due to the chemistry between Eklavya Sood and Reem Shaikh. The show is directed by Aniruddha Rajderkar and Bhavna Sresth.

Team Tellychakkar got in touch with Elavya Sood who plays the role of Harsh Nokewal. We got into an exclusive conversation with him where he revealed some interesting insights when asked about Audience response for the show, response for his character and much more.
Audience response for the show
On this, Eklavya Sood said that the response so far has been good and while 5 episodes are out, the series is a long format one. He added that the audience feels the series is fresh, it has drama, being a show based on legal activities it has realism and so it’s entertaining and also sensible. He added that probably the goal of the show was to cater to both the TV audience and OTT audience.
Audience response for his character
On this, Eklavya Sood said that the audience love the bubbliness, cuteness and the chemistry between Harsh and Ankita. Eklavya Sood mentioned that when Jennifer Winget watched the scenes, she thought that this is a very fresh pairing, different from Virat and Anushka’s relationship.
What made you say ‘Yes’ for the role?
On this, Eklavya Sood said that the energy, cheesiness and that he had a dilemma was what attracted him to the role. The character and his story is something Eklavya felt was aligning with his personal journey of becoming an actor and the journey forward. Eklavya Sood added more the reason by that Harsh has a way of saying things, has cheesy one-liners, flirts with women and has a romantic angle and is never low on energy, which is what he really loved about the character.
