MUMBAI : Well known Malayalam Tv actor Karthik Prasad sadly met with a horrific road accident on 21st February. His co-star Beena Antony gave a health update of the actor on her social media page. She shared a video explaining that Karthik met with an accident as he was returning home after a shoot.

There were many reports that stated Prasad had a severe leg injury after being hit by a bus and was rushed to a hospital in Trivandrum and was later shifted to a hospital in Kozhikode. The actor had to undergo multiple surgeries. Beena confirmed the news that it was true and the actor was now out of danger.
