MUMBAI: Star Plus’ latest show, 'Jhanak', features Hiba Nawab in the titular role of Jhanak, Krushal Ahuja as Anirudh, and Chandani Sharma as Arshi. Jhanak will be forced to wear white clothes and dress as a widow as the family wants Jhanak and Anirudh’s marriage nullified.
Jhanak will find this challenging and will be forced to break her bangles and wipe off her sindoor brutally by Bipasha and the others in the family.
Anirudh however will take a stand for Jhanak as he can no longer see her suffer.
Shrishti and the Basu family will choose Tejas as a groom for Jhanak.
