Shehnaaz Gill and Munawar Faruqui's dynamic recreation of 'Dhup Lagdi' ignites a social media frenzy

MUMBAI: Munawar Faruqui and Shehnaaz Gill share a close friendship. As everyone is aware, Shahnaaz became well-known after competing in Bigg Boss 13, and Munawar won Bigg Boss 17. Additionally, on April 11, they attended an IPL game at Wankhede Stadium between the Mumbai Indians and the Royal Challengers Bengaluru. Amid everything, Shehnaaz Gill and Munawar Faruqui recently worked together to remake her song, Dhup Lagdi.

Shehnaaz Gill and Munawar Faruqui recreated the Dhup Lagdi song on the beach. The actress looked beautiful in a red kurta and white palazzo pants. On the other hand, Munawar looked dapper in an off-white kurta and pajama.

They walked on the beach romantically. Shehnaaz and Munawar’s chemistry in the video is very refreshing and crackling. They are seen as lost in love. The video is now going viral on social media and netizens can’t stop gushing over it.

A couple of days ago, Shehnaaz Gill also recreated her song, Dhup Lagdi, with Elvish Yadav. Their video also got good engagement on social media. Yesterday, Bigg Boss 17 fame Khanzaadi and Abhishek Kumar made their version of the music video as well.

Sunny Singh starred in Pyaar Ka Punchnama 2, who can also be seen in the Dhup Lagdi music video. Shehnaaz Gill sang the song herself. Dhup Lagdi's lyrics and melody were written by Udaar and Aniket Shukla, respectively.

Shehnaaz Gill last appeared in the film Thank You for Coming, starring Bhumi Pednekar. Her next appearance will be in Sab First Class.
