MUMBAI : The Family Man Manoj Bajpayee has been considered as a great actor and always been remembered for his acting skills.The actor recently went on a podcast in which he shares that lots of people have had an assumption about him that he drinks a shot of vodka before every take.
He shared an incident from the set of Joram and said, “When I was shooting for Joram, one girl came up to me, this was her first film. She said ‘sir, I am really enjoying working with you’.” He thanked her and as the conversation moved along, she said, “‘Sir, it is very well known about you that you take a shot before every take. I said ‘what shot?’ She said ‘people think it is vodka shot’.” Then he expressed his shock and told her “What shot? I don’t even drink hard liquor.”

The women further recalled and said that he drinks from a very little bottle every few hours, on the contrary Manoj revealed that it was a bottle of homeopathic medicine. “I said ‘are you crazy? This is homeopathic medicine.’ People think I go on the set after having a vodka shot, yeh toh sharabi hai kebabi hai.” Manoj further said that he requires drinking certain drops of the medicine directly from the bottle while people makes up their mind that he drinks alchohol instead of asking him. He insisted, “I don’t drink hard liquor.”
Manoj Bajpayee has been promoting for his latest upcoming movie with Prachi Desai, Silence2. The Family Man actor previously opened up about his drinking while recalling his first meet with Amitabh Bachchan after the screening of Satya.
