MUMBAI : On April 19, Vivek Dahiya took to social media to let everyone know about Divyanka Tripathi's surgery. The actress needed surgery after suffering an arm fracture. The Yeh Hai Mohabbatein actress made her first public appearance following surgery on Sunday, April 29. She used social media to let netizens know what she had planned for the day.

Divyanka Tripathi posted several photos to social media on Sunday night, showing her left hand resting in an arm sling as she left. She is seen showing off her attire in the first photo, while she is pictured with her husband Vivek Dahiya, and comedian Rajiv Thakur in the second. Their friends joined them for the evening as well. This photo peeks at what they had for dinner.
Talking about her plans in the caption, Divyanka wrote, "Khushi ka raaz...first outing after DAYS!! Standup comedy and then dinner with friends...sacchi hansi ke liye aur kya chahiye! (The secret to my happiness... first outing after DAYS!! Standup comedy and then dinner with friends...What else do you need for a good laugh!)"
The actress was all smiles and radiated a glow as she posed in a pink cotton kurta and pant set. Her style is perfect to beat the hot sultry days. Keeping her hair tied back in a ponytail, Divyanka wore matching pink heels.
However, Vivek Dahiya also re-shared a photo from the moment in which he and his wife Divyanka were seen smiling with Rajiv Thakur alongside other people. Rajiv Thakur can currently be seen on The Great Indian Kapil Show.
After learning about his wife's injury on April 19, Vivek Dahiya had to end an Instagram live in the middle. In an apology statement, his team stated, "Divyanka had an accident a few hours back and is now under medical care. Vivek is with her as she recovers.”
Five days earlier, Divyanka shared a video of herself doing a headstand and told the internet that she was working out the day her arm broke.
