MUMBAI: Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli are one of the most lovable pairs. Since getting married in December 2017 in Italy, while keeping their relationship relatively low-key, they have never missed an opportunity to show off their love for each other. They are now the happy parents of two children: Vamika, a daughter, and Akaay, a son. They have maintained the spark in their relationship even though they are excellent at all of their parental responsibilities.

Proof of Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma's leg pulling and banter was once found in one of their public appearances. It was when the duo appeared at an event for the popular brand, Puma, and engaged in some of the most hilarious jokes with one another.

For instance, during one of the segments of the video, the actress was asked about her husband's favourite habit with the instruction - ‘only wrong answers allowed’. To this, she subtly pulled his leg and mentioned, "He is a picture of calmness and peace on the field. Zen. No chikkham chilli (shouting) on the field." Virat too, immediately quipped, "Three most important words," and gave pure relationship goals.

After taking a small break from cricket before the birth of his second child, Virat returned to the ground to play on behalf of his IPL team, Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB). Thus, when his team won its second match against Punjab Kings (PBKS) on March 25, 2024, he was presumably seen on a video call with his wife, Anushka. In a video, the cricketer was seen blowing kisses to his family beyond the phone screen and smiling his best. Soon after the video was posted, netizens started reacting to the same. Some even called him an 'attention seeker'.

In his first IPL match in 2024, Virat Kohli was overheard discussing the precious times he experienced following the birth of his son, Akaay. He characterized it as a special time, and not just because his family had grown by one. However, he said that his young son and his daughter Vamika had already developed a close bond.

Virat continued to talk about his happy memories of life, saying, “Of course, having two kids, things become totally different from a family perspective. So just the ability to be together, the connections that you make with your older child, it’s amazing. I mean, I couldn’t have been more grateful to God for the opportunity that I got to spend time with my family.”
