In an interview with the popular news portal, Aditi Rao Hydari talked about how her relationship with her long-term partner Siddharth has changed her. The actress explained how the latter reinforced her belief about love meaning to be laughter. Moreover, Aditi expressed that she and Siddharth are nothing more than a bunch of children, who never forget to love and respect one another.

She stated, “I wouldn’t say changed but it’s reinforced my belief that love is laughing together. And, with the two of us, it’s about being literally like children. So, love, and respect are the most important thing.”

Aditi added, “I believe in the sanctity of certain things. It’s natural that rumour started. We decided to put it out because both parents were involved, who are also way more private than we are. A lot of calls were coming in, so we said okay ‘let’s put it so that people are not confused’. We thought that was the responsible thing to do at that point.”

Aditi Rao Hydari thanked her fans for their love and support following the announcement of her engagement during the interaction's last section. The actress highlighted how, although she has now been corrected, she has always been concerned that people would be too poky in her personal life.

She stated, “I always like to look at things positively. I believe in the sanctity of my privacy. I also feel that I’m in a very privileged place where I want my privacy, but, my God, look at the amount of love and blessings and the way people feel so happy for us. I’d like to accept that with an open heart and say thank you for it, because it’s very precious. I think people realise that they are human beings. Why should we be tiptoeing around? I believe that everybody has a personal life and what they want to keep private is up to them, and what they want to tell they should be able to tell.”
