MUMBAI: Star Plus’ latest show, 'Jhanak', features Hiba Nawab in the titular role of Jhanak, Krushal Ahuja as Anirudh, and Chandani Sharma as Arshi. Previously, Jhanak remembered Anirudh liked fresh lime soda which made him happy. However, he told how special the day was when they went to the hotel where they were treated like a newlywed couple.
They were having a good time together. He saw Jhanak panicking and enquired about it. He wanted to know so he said his age might be reduced if she does not tell. She stopped him and told him that she would not be spared by Tejas.
She asked Anirudh will he miss her if Tejas killed her as she would not surrender herself before him. He was stunned by her statement and stopped her from saying such things.
Now, Jhanak and Anirudh head towards home in a car. Meanwhile, Jhanak remembers that she left her phone in the house therefore no one could contact her. Anirudh also forgot to charge his phone therefore his phone’s battery is down. Their car gets stopped in between which leaves Jhanak concerned.
On the other hand, in the Basu house, everyone awaits Anirudh for a birthday celebration. Arshi calls his office but she gets to know that he has already left the office but not reached home. She tells Shubh that he has left office early only.
Anirudh tells Jhanak that he loves rain and asks her to enjoy it also as they are already stuck. However, when she tries to escape from the heat suddenly, she stumbles and Anirudh holds her. They come very close and Jhanak starts getting uncomfortable. He reminds her that the fact is they are married even if they deny it.
