MUMBAI: Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Heeramandi: The Diamond Bazaar is indeed the biggest show out of India. From the first look to the star cast, everything about the Netflix series has been nothing but grand and mesmerising. Actress Sonakshi Sinha who portrays the role of Fareedan in the show captivated the hearts of audiences with her role.
Tilasmi Bahein is one song that really captured the hearts of many and Sonakshi mesmerised the viewers with her performance in the song. She has now shared some happy images from the shoot of the song on her Instagram page and captioned it, “Cant get over that day!!! From on the spot rehearsal just minutes before the take to getting the perfect take for my first ONE SHOT song - Tilasmi bahein swipe right to see Sanjay sirs reaction, and what we did right after packup coz we couldnt believe the song was done but we dint get enough uff pure magic (sic).”
She further added, “Everyone so perfect in their parts. I thank you and am so proud to share this with you (sic).”
Opening up about the rumours on rivalry between the female actors on sets of Heeramandi, Sonakshi said, “You know, women don't do that, right? And whoever probably started this rumour is a very disgruntled man. 'Heeramandi' was an amazing experience for all of us. I mean, it has been one of the best working experiences of my life. I mean, try and get a six-hero film together, and I challenge you!”
Heeramandi also stars Manisha Koirala, Aditi Rao Hydari, Richa Chadha, Sanjeeda Sheikh, Sharmin Segal, Taha Shah Badussha, Shekhar Suman, and Adhyayan Suman among others.
