Vettaiyan, Coolie major updates: Rajnikant unveils these massive greats for all Rajni fans out there

MUMBAI: The god of south cinema Rajinikanth is always busy with shooting his signature style movies that are larger than life for his pan-India fans. The veteran star reportedly is sojourning in the Himalayas where he is meeting many saints. Now as per a report by Indiaglitz.com, the superstar has completed the shooting of Vettaiyan. The film is set to release for Dussehra and the star has completed his portions. The shooting with other members of the cast is still going on and the movie is set to release on October 10. There is also another update on Coolie, where the actor will start shooting for the same from June 10. These facts were told by the star himself at a press event, reportedly.

Talking about Vettaiyan, Subaskaran Allirajah has produced it under Lyca Productions. The actor will be seen with Amitabh Bachchan, Fahadh Faasil, Rana Daggubati, Manju Warrier, Ritika Singh and Dushara Vijayan reportedly who will be playing important roles. T J Gnanavel.= has directed the movie while Vettaiyan has composed the music. The cinematography has been done by SR Kathir while the editing has been done by  Philomin Raj.

Talking about Rajnikanth's offering Coolie, it is for the first time that the star has teamed up with Lokesh Kanagaraj. Sun Pictures is producing the movie while the announcement of the same reportedly was done in 2023. Talking further about the movie, Sivakarthikeyan will be playing an important role while the rest of the cast has not yet been announced.  Anirudh Ravichander has composed tracks for the movie.
