In an exclusive conversation with Tellychakar, Simran Khanna opened up about her experience working in the show.

Experience shooting for Udaariyaan.

Simran Khanna said, “I have been working for a long time and have done a couple of outdoor shoots but this experience in Chandigarh in Udaariyaan is a little different because I am also a Punjabi and being that, things were also comfortable when I entered the city I didn’t know how they are working as it was my first time in Chandigarh. I felt that people here are very innocent and humble. Everyone here on the set speaks in Punjabi so it feels very familiar. I was very well adapted when I started to talk to people and conversations. So people here greet and meet you, ask you how you are and professionally they are not so professional so I liked that on the sets. There is not so much of a pressure to work. So the first thing that I liked the most is that there is not so much of pressure like Mumbai. You feel relaxed and even when you are shooting for outdoor I don’t feel like I am away from my home. Even the people here for make-up are from Mumbai and they feel the same. So till now this has been experience working.”
