Munjya box office day 17: Sharvari and Abhay Varma starrer’s magic is unstoppable

Now that the movie has hit the big screens finally, the audience are expressing their love for all the aspects of the movie be it the performances, the animation, the story or the comedy.

MUMBAI: Since a while now the audience has been in love with Munjya and the trailer received a lot of love wherein Sharvari came as a surprise package for everyone. The audience has been really excited especially after the makers released the first song ‘Taras’ which is Sharvari’s first item song and we must, it’s worth all the hype.

The movie is directed by Aditya Sarpotdar and the movie is an upcoming horror-comedy starring Sharvari, Abhay Verma, Mona Singh and Sathyaraj. The story of the movie is based on an Indian folklore and there is a belief that Munjya exists even in real life and can be found in rural parts of the country. However, many consider it a myth. The movie has finally hit the theatres.

The audience are still in love with Stree and Bhediya. Ever since Munjya was announced, fans were excited to see what the makers had in stores for them this time. Things got even more interesting when the audience came to know about the fact that this is going to be the first CGI movie with an animated character. Now that the movie has hit the big screens finally, the audience are expressing their love for all the aspects of the movie be it the performances, the animation, the story or the comedy.

While there is a huge audience praising the movie, it's time we look at the business aspect of the movie too. On its opening day, the movie collected around Rs 3.85 Cr. This is indeed a great opening day collection.

Now it's been 17 days since the movie released. On day 17, the movie collected around Rs 6.75 Cr. The worldwide collection of the movie is around Rs 93.75 Cr.
