MUMBAI: The Indian men's ICC T20 World Cup team not only brought pride to the nation with their magnificent win, but they also stole the show with their emotional moments with their wives.

The glances made our eyes heavy, from the video of Virat Kohli calling his wife, Anushka Sharma, to the adorable scenes Jasprit Bumrah shared with his wife, Sanjana Ganesan, and their 10-month-old kid, to Rohit Sharma's tight embrace with his wife, Ritika Sajdeh, after becoming emotional. During the celebrations, we happened to have an open discussion between Rohit and Ritika, which revealed a great deal about their close relationship.

It took place during Rohit Sharma's open discussion of a few situations from his marriage to Ritika Sajdeh on The Great Indian Kapil Show. The Indian cricket player stated that he can't say no to his wife, who also serves as his manager, during one of the show's segments.

Ritika, Rohit's wife, was sitting in the crowd when the show's host, Kapil Sharma, asked her a really funny question. Kapil questioned her about whether it was more difficult to manage, her husband Rohit or the cricket player.

To this, Ritika jokingly mentioned that managing him as a husband is more difficult. According to her, it is because he has his team to manage him for his professional side, and she doesn’t have to do anything. However, while managing her husband at home, she must do it all alone. Afterward, Rohit went on to explain who the real captain in his house is.

The India captain mentioned that it is Ritika, who makes the decisions at their home and stated, “She can’t enter the field nor the dressing room but I have to enter the house. She is the captain there.”

In another segment of the show, Kapil quizzed Ritika on whether she and Rohit's teammate, Virat Kohli's wife, Anushka Sharma tease each other when their husbands get out during their match. To this, Ritika sweetly explained that she used to witness the match quietly. Moreover, when Rohit gets bowled, Ritika reveals she keeps encouraging his teammates.

She stated, “When he is batting, I don’t talk at all. I sit quietly. When he gets out, I continue watching the match to cheer for his teammates.”

After that, Kapil who is famous for his hilarious timing asked Rohit what he did in response to the rival team members' asks that he not smash sixes to impress their girlfriends. At that point, Rohit mentioned his wife Ritika, who supports him by going to almost all of his matches. The cricket player values his wife more important than the girlfriends of his competitor players.

He explained, “Yes, of course, we have had conversations like this. But I tell them, ‘While it’s your girlfriend present at the stadium, I have my wife watching the match.’ She sits with her fingers crossed during the whole match. So, she is more important to me.”
