MUMBAI: Shakti Arora has a huge fan base and is known as one of the biggest stars in the industry of entertainment, The actor has consistently shown his mettle throughout the years with his performances. Shakti recently discussed his life experiences, profession, early years, fan base, and other topics on Faheem Bhat's podcast.
Shakti Arora is well-liked and talented and has a large fan base all over the world. Shakti Arora revealed to the podcast host that even though he used to cover his face while he was in public, his followers could still identify him. He went on to say that, in contrast to India, the fan base in Indonesia, where he spent a year, was huge.

The actor recalled a shocking fan encounter in Indonesia and said, "Literally kapde fatt jaate the humare. Nikalna mushkil hota tha. Muje aisa lagta tha humne TV pe sirf ek show kiya hai usme itne fame ki kya zarurat."
He continued, "But vaha par bohot fame tha. Matlab ghadi, sunglasses sab nikal lenge, jacket fatt ke bahar aa jayegi. Jab tak stage pe pochte, aadhe kapde toh fatt chuke hote the (laughs)."
Talking about the same, the Kundali Bhagya fame said, "Earlier, the shows used to have a minimum of two to three years of shelf life. Now, the minimum life is one or two months. If the show hasn't gained enough TRP, it wraps up in three months."
Shakti added, "So, it's risky to do a new show because if that doesn't work, then even your career's pack up can happen. This is because you were unable to prove your mettle, and that is why doing long-running shows is important."
He recollected working on long-running shows like Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin, Kundali Bhagya, and many more. Shakti Arora noted that social media has made people less prominent and clarified how short-lived stardom is.
Speaking about television and its influence, the actor said that beggars on the street called him "Ishaan sir," which is the name of his character from Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin, rather than his true name. He even admitted to leaving films early because he thought television shows were more engaging. Professionally, Shakti Arora most recently portrayed Ishaan Bhosale in the well-known drama Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin.
