MUMBAI: Star Plus’ latest show, 'Jhanak', features Hiba Nawab in the titular role of Jhanak, Krushal Ahuja as Anirudh, and Chandani Sharma as Arshi. Currently, Arshi is admitted in the hospital after her saree catches fire and she has burnt injuries. Shrishty has put all the blame on Jhanak and has shifted the focus from herself but Mrinalini has witnessed Shrishty’s evil act.

Shrishti is the one who plotted and planned against Jhanak. She wanted to kill Jhanak but hurt Arshi instead and even after that, she put all the blame on Jhanak.

After all of this, Jhanak plans to give her life a fresh start and moves to Mumbai but seems like is facing the same problem all over again. Jhanak was kept as a maid in the Basu house and Aniruddh could not do anything about it. Now that she has moved to Rudra’s house, his wife Pallavi is keeping her as a maid and Rudra cannot do anything about it.

The viewers of the show feel that why Jhanak is being asked to do duties of a maid time and again. Also, why is Jhanak so comfortable with it? Why can’t she raise her voice and point out that she is there to be a dancer. In the Basu house, she should have fought for herself but she did not. But now when it is happening for the second time, it is high time she stands for herself.

Also why are the men so scared in taking a stand for what is right!
