MUMBAI: Anupamaa is presently ruling our television screens. The show is doing exceptionally well and is topping the weekly BARC ratings. Rupali Ganguly plays the lead role while Gaurav Khanna plays the role of her husband Anuj. These days the track revolves around Anupama going to the US.

Given how much Anupama loves Sagar, it appears that she takes great pride in him.
It will be noticed that Vanraj is accusing Sagar of attempting to exploit Meenu.
But Anupama would put up a strong defense in front of Sagar, protecting him from Vanraj's crass accusations.
Sagar will soon come to understand Anupama's love for him, and it will overwhelm him.
As she begins to see the shadow of her deceased son Samar in Sagar, Anupama will ultimately be shown admitting that Sagar is far more precious to her than her own children.
Sadly, Samar, Anupama's second child, lost his life in an attempt to save Anuj. He was very close to mom.
Anupama was greatly affected by this since she was never able to get over her shock.
In addition, Vanraj remembers Samar with great affection since, in contrast to Toshu and Pakhi, he was an honorable and appreciative child.
