MUMBAI: Anupamaa rules on the television screens. The show is performing extremely well. It is a remake of Star Jalsha's Bengali series Sreemoyee, produced by Rajan and Deepa Shahi under Director's Kut Productions. The show stars Gaurav Khanna, Madalsa Sharma, Sudhanshu Pandey, and Rupali Ganguly.

It appears that Anuj's biological mother Guruma Malti Devi will shortly be featured on the show.
She was the one who corrupted Aadhya's mind and caused hatred between Aadhya and Anupama when she was younger.
Malti Devi will feel sad seeing her son’s condition after Anupama left his life due to Adhya’s hatred and hence will vow to bring peace and happiness back into their life once again.
Malti Devi will change for the better since she will now reunite Anuj with his family members, enabling him to heal.
Malti Devi can also be seen warning Ankush and Barkha about how they tricked Anuj and made him crazy behind her back.
Malti Devi is going to be shown as feeling bad about what she did and making a promise to reunite her family.
