MUMBAI: Recently, Bollywood actor Vicky Kaushal revealed his go-to comfort dish, the beloved "maa ke haath ki sevaiyan." Vicky posted a picture of his mother's beautifully made bowl of these classic Indian vermicelli noodles on Instagram, which made people smile. "Maa ke haath ki sevaiyan," the caption said, striking a chord with everyone who has experienced the wonder of a mother's cooking.

But this was more than simply food—it was a window into Vicky's innermost thoughts. More than just a food, the sevaiyan was a comforting embrace, a flavor of home, and a link to his heritage. Vicky felt the warmth of nostalgia as fans and followers filled the post with love, recalling the many times he had enjoyed this straightforward yet soul-satisfying pleasure.
And without a soundtrack, what good is a poignant moment? The upbeat song "Tareefan" by rappers Badshah and Qaran from the 2018 movie "Veere Di Wedding" was Vicky's choice for the background soundtrack. The song, which was initially filmed with Kareena Kapoor Khan, Sonam Kapoor, Swara Bhasker, and Shikha Talsania, gave the scene a fun beat that was a beautiful blend of melody and taste.
Vicky's adventure didn't end there, though. "Bad Newz," his most recent film endeavor, was a hilarious and unexpected rollercoaster for viewers. Consider identical twins who were born to separate biological fathers; this phenomenon is referred to as heteropaternal superfecundation. Vicky proved that comedy is in fact his specialty with his performance with Triptii Dimri and Ammy Virk, which had the audience in stitches.
On the work front, Vicky will next be seen in the historical saga Chhava, directed by Laxman Utekar.
