MUMBAI : Sai Ketan Rao has been in the headlines due to rumors of a romance between him and his close friend Shivangi Khedkar. Sai discussed his relationship with Khedkar when he appeared as a participant on Bigg Boss OTT 3.
The actor has been in the news recently due to his change in the statement where he confessed to being in a relationship during BB OTT's Weekend Ka Vaar (WKV). The alleged pair uploaded photos from their romantic dinner date and seemed to be having fun together.

Along with sixteen other candidates, Sai made it out of the controversial Bigg Boss OTT 3 house. The actor became well-known for playing Raghav Rao in Mehndi Hai Rachne Waali.
Rumors about the couple's relationship surfaced after the show. Rao named Shivangi his best friend and decided to keep quiet about dating rumours before going into the madhouse, but the actor didn't discuss his relationship until WKV.
Even though it's still unclear whether Sai and Shivangi are serious about each other, they treated their fans to a wonderful treat. Both Khedkar and Rao posted images from their romantic candlelight dinner date on their Instagram stories.
Shivangi utilised Pink Sweats' "Can I Call You Baby" as her self-expression in a mirror selfie she posted with Sai Ketan Rao. Along with posting two images of Shivangi, Sai also reposted Khedkar's mirror selfie on his stories.
After his journey came to an end on the show, Sai denied the claims and said his words on
the show was misinterpreted. The popular news portal got a chance to speak with Rao, who shared, "Dekhiye uss din Weekend Ke Vaar par Anil Kapoor sir, ne do topics par baat ki thi. Actually, woh topic par baat karte karte logon ko ek laga. Ek tha ki Shivangi meri best friend hai ki nahi aur dusra tha shadi ke baare mein. Maine shaadi ke liye, of course, haa kaha kyun ki main bhi chahata hoon ki main shaadi karu. Aur main chahta hoon ki jab bhi meri shaadi kisise hogi, kab hogi, yeh toh mujhe pata nahi. I wish Shivangi also all the best.”
Sai Ketan Rao responds to a question concerning the audience's feelings regarding his confirmation on the show by saying, “Puri duniya ko pata chal gaya hai lekin dekhiye jab waqt aayega main bataunga ki meri shaadi kab aur kisse hogi. I really wish Shivangi all the best in her
life.”
He further shared, "Main aur Shivangi ek dusre ko 4 saal se jante hai. We are the best of the best friends. Hum dono ne ek dusre ko dher sara support kiya hai. Life mein jab hum mile the waha se lekar aaj tak. Toh shayad logo ko bhi ek opinion hai ki dono close Hai kafi close hai.”
