MUMBAI : Colors show ‘Megha Barsenge’ sheds light on a newlywed bride, abandoned by her NRI dulha Manoj who is challenged with weathering the deceit and restoring her family's reputation. Amidst her struggle, she finds an unexpected ally in Arjun, an IAS officer who aids her quest to confront the elusive groom. Megha's family appears to be experiencing a severe financial hardship and is ill-equipped to deal with this circumstance.
It will soon come to light that Megha's father has set aside 25 lakhs as a dowry for her; hence, Manoj and his family are attempting to arrange for Manoj and Megha to be married in order to receive that money.
Megha will, however, be shown clearly stating that she will not be able to provide Dowry because her parents require that money.
Manoj will be perceived as being in a difficult situation because he is only thinking about Megha's money, not her.
Unfortunately Manoj will start tricking Megha into falling in love with him so she takes his advice.
