MUMBAI : With a stream of new and refreshing stories, we now have ‘Khel Khel Mein’. The movie got a lot of attention for its trailer, cast and comedy. The movie is directed by Mudassar Aziz and stars Akshay Kumar, Taapsee Pannu, Vaani Kapoor, Fardeen Khan, Ammy Virk, Pragya Jaiswal, Aditya Seal, and Freddy Daruwala. The poster reveal of the movie got a great response from the audience as it looked like fun. The story is about a group of friends who meet for dinner and slowly start to reveal each other’s secrets.

In our exclusive interview with Ammy Virk for his new movie, Khel Khel Mein, the actor reflected on why Punjabi cinema hasn't managed to crack the pan-India code like South movies have.

Ammy Who has been a huge star in Punjab said, “In South almost everyone makes it a point to watch the films there but Punjab being a small state with a smaller population it doesn't have the same South film culture.”

When asked why a turbaned sardar is rarely seen in Hindi cinema, he said, “Earlier any actor who is not a genuine Sardar would play the role but now they have started casting real sardars who don’t look odd.”

Khel Khel Mein released on 15th August with two other movies ‘Vedaa’ and ‘Stree 2’.
