Gourav Sharma Opined About His Character Abhay From The Star Plus Show Do Dooni Pyaar! Deets Inside-

MUMBAI : Star Plus has once again ventured into unexplored territory and brought for its audience a new show, Do Dooni Pyaar. Starring Shivika Pathak as Ganga and Gourav Sharma as Abhay, Goutam Sharma will be seen essaying the character of his identical twin brother Akash in the show. Do Dooni Pyaar showcases the journey of Ganga, and it is based in the city of Sonepur, Bihar. The Star Plus show Do Dooni Pyaar is a tale of a girl named Ganga who has been neglected by her family since childhood and how, by twist of fate, Ganga gets married to Abhay, who hails from a rich and well-educated family under unforeseen circumstances. This is the time when the audience will witness a twist that will create an element of confusion and comedy as Abhay has a twin brother, Akash. 

The makers of the show Do Dooni Pyaar recently treated the audience with their first intriguing promo where the viewers are introduced to the character of Ganga, and through the promo, we are given an insight into Ganga's life. One of the key highlights of this is Ganga's wish for an educated husband, and this desire of hers is tactfully arranged to materialize in the most unusual and unique way by her stepmother.

In the show, we will also be seeing Gourav Sharma, who essays the role of Abhay; he is paired opposite Shivika Pathak, aka Ganga. This is Gourav Sharma's first collaboration with Star Plus, and the actor has previously starred in Guns and Gulaabs. With this new and fresh pairing of Shivika Pathak and Gourav Sharma, the audience's to witness something exciting and extraordinary that awaits for them.

Gourav Sharma, aka Abhay from the Star Plus show Do Dooni Pyaar, shares, "I am essaying the character of Abhay, who is a doctor and takes care of his family; he is mature and knows how to handle situations. Every character has its own unique way of preparing and how to depict it. It has been a fun and exciting experience. This is the first time I'll be portraying such a character. The quality I relate to in real life with the character of Abhay would be being disciplined and respectful towards others. The character of Abhay has its nuances and details that I am molding myself into."
