A crucial incident occurs in the next episode of Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin when Rajat chooses to have Sai's nails examined for DNA. Savi gets Sai ready for school, including giving her a bath, at the start of the episode.
Savi advises cutting Sai's long nails during this procedure after noticing them. Even though Sai is first worried about the discomfort, she reassures Savi that having her nails clipped will make her hands look nice. To prevent a mess, Savi delicately trims the nails while using a newspaper.
After noticing Sai's nails, Rajat chooses to take some of them for a DNA test. To keep things private, he tucked the nails away in a zip-lock bag.
Subsequently, Rajat goes to the hospital to see a physician who knows him and Sai. The doctor notices Rajat's worry and asks about any problems Rajat could be having.
After reassuring him that everything is well, Rajat makes the request for the DNA test. Rajat receives instructions from the doctor to go to the pathology department and give a blood sample that is required for the test.
Rajat goes to the pathology department as instructed by the doctor to finish the necessary process.
