Hina Khan shares her motivation for fast recovery from cancer

MUMBAI: With her bravery in the face of stage three breast cancer, Hina Khan has undoubtedly become an inspiration to many. Hina maintains her positive attitude despite this difficult battle, facing the sickness with a bright grin and unflinching drive. She recently published a training video on social media, showcasing her amazing strength and fortitude in the face of hardship.

The popular Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai star, Hina Khan, recently took to her Instagram account and posted a workout video followed by an inspirational message. In the video, Hina performed a variety of workouts including planks, deadlifts, cable crossovers, and squats to show her steadfast dedication to preserving her strength and fortitude.

Sharing a video on her Instagram Hina captioned it, “Thousand Reasons may present itself to pull you down everyday.

But I have a Promise to fulfil for my future self.

And I am committed, are you ?

Supporters showered the inspirational star with praise and good wishes in the comments section. On September 5, Hina Khan gave her followers on Instagram yet another difficult update.

The actress from Kasautii Zindagii Kay, who is well-known for being transparent about her experience with cancer, revealed that she has been given a diagnosis of mucositis, a painful side effect of treatment. For those who do not know, mucous membrane irritation in the mouth and throughout the gastrointestinal tract is known as mucositis.

Hina Khan was praised for her performance in "Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai" as Akshara. Once she appeared on 'Bigg Boss' after this show, her fearless image became apparent, and people started referring to her as Sher Khan. She then starred in the films "Kasauti Zindagi" and "Naagin." The actress is currently engaged in multiple over-the-top (OTT) and music video projects.
