The Doctor tells Aaditya that Jhanak has a tumor in her stomach and that they must operate on it because they must have misunderstood it regarding the pregnancy.
Aditya asks her to do anything but save Jhanak at all costs as the doctor tells her to bring her family over to sign it.
When Arshi calls Shristi, she requests that she stop Anirudh at all costs after finding out that he has been asked to go to Jhanak. Arshi gets tense but agrees to do so.
When Arshi finds out that Anirudh decided to meet with the critically ill Jhanak, she refuses to let him leave the house. She won't allow Anirudh and Jhanak to meet.
After Anirudh brings Jhanak back to the Bose home, Arshi decides she doesn't want to be humiliated in this way and leaves from there.
