It appears like Arshi will decide to move permanently to the UK and arrange for Anirudh to depart Kolkata. Arshi is doing all of these steps in an attempt to preserve her marriage and prevent Anirudh from seeing Jhanak.
Anirudh will be devastated because he may never get to see Jhanak again, which will offer her a big break in an advertisement. He does not, however, want Jhanak to be aware that Jhanak received this advertisement as a result of his work.
