MUMBAI: Colors presents Durga, a tale of a tribal girl who defies social expectations to follow her love for the royal heir Anurag and become a doctor, despite opposition from strong tribal woman Paani Bai. Starring Pranali Rathod as Durga, Indira Krishnan as Paani Bai, and Aashay Mishra as Anurag, and produced by Magic Moments Motion Pictures, the show is set in Jodhpur, the story follows Durga, a tribal girl aspiring to become a doctor.

It's been observed recently that Durga tells anybody that she feels something special and beautiful for him, but she lacks the confidence to tell him.
But Anurag reassures her that he is aware of what is inside her heart and begs her not to worry. He declares his love for her, knowing that she feels the same way about him.
When Durga tells him that it's getting late for him while he's giving her a hug, the story takes an interesting turn. She gives him a hug in return. When Vikram arrives, he becomes enraged.
Before it's too late, Vikram makes the decision to keep Durga away from Anurag and to end their relationship. He won't allow her to get away with this asinine behavior.
We will see in the upcoming episodes how Durga comes to terms with Vikram's true nature and her decision to exact revenge and punishment on him for everything that he has done to her mother and family.
