MUMBAI: Colors presents Durga, a tale of a tribal girl who defies social expectations to follow her love for the royal heir Anurag and become a doctor, despite opposition from strong tribal woman Paani Bai.
Starring Pranali Rathod as Durga, Indira Krishnan as Paani Bai, and Aashay Mishra as Anurag, and produced by Magic Moments Motion Pictures, the show is set in Jodhpur, the story follows Durga, a tribal girl aspiring to become a doctor.

Previously, Chandni warns Durga that Rajesh won't tolerate her standing up for herself. Vikram insists on inviting the couple for the pag phera despite Savitri's reluctance.
Meera asks if Durga will observe Karwa Chauth, and Durga agrees. Later, Meera who is curious about Durga's marriage, senses there's more to the story.
In the upcoming episode, Durga reveals to Meera that she is fasting on karva chauth but it's not for Rajesh. Meera tells her to stay quiet and not reveal the truth. On the other hand, when Rajesh tells Vikram about the fast, the latter gets suspicious Anurag learns the truth and watches as Durga performs the pooja for him.
