MUMBAI : Dua is locked in the suitcase while Kashaf tries to drag it. Hamida comes to her and asks if she needs help? I will call Armaan, she leaves from there so Kashaf drags the suitcase to Dua’s room. Gazal is there and says we have to take care of her. Kashaf gives an injection to Dua so she faints again. They drag her out of the bag and hear Hamida coming there so Gazal hides. Kashaf acts like tending to Dua. Hamida rushes to her and asks what happened? Kashaf says I found her unconscious here. Hamida brings her to the bed and asks Kashaf to call a doctor. Kashaf says I will check her, don’t worry. She checks her pulse and is worried.

The judge asks Ibadat if she wants to say anything against Mannat’s allegations? Ibadat says if Mannat is I am characterless and have an affair with Armaan.. and my husband believes it then I have nothing to say in my defence. I am characterless and Armaan might be my boyfriend. If I don’t accept this allegation then Mannat might drag my brother Sufi into this so I accept that I am characterless and have many affairs, I use men and I married Subhan because I had physical attraction towards him. Women would be raped in wars like men owned them. We still live in those dark ages. If my husband thinks that I would lose this battle by belittling my character. A man can character assassinate a girl to get away with anything, they can rape them, kill them and blame it all on a women’s character. She tells Subhan that he is the same man. She says women are equally responsible for this. Mannat has alleged my character so easily and doesn’t even think that others can do the same with her. She says if a husband is having an affair then how can a wife bear it? doesn’t wife have a right to stop him? if I did wrong then I accept all allegations and I plead guilty to everything. If the allegations are fake then Mannat should be punished. I know for sure that Subhan has been manipulated and agreeing to all these allegations but I can’t be silent today because even if he realizes his mistake later on, how would I be able to accept him? if he couldn’t protect his wife’s honor in a full court then how can I see future with him? what kind of upbringing will he give to our kids? if he agrees with Mannat today then he won’t even be a human to anymore. I would gladly sign the divorce papers, I can’t compromise on my honor for my love. I don’t want a relationship in which my honor doesn’t matter, in which he can’t even stand up for me, this relationship is a sin so I want to be freed from it. The judge praises her and says we need proof. He asks Subhan to tell them if Mannat is right or Ibadat? Mannat tells Subhan to tell them that Ibadat have an affair with Armaan, just tell them the truth. Subhan glares at Ibadat and is about to speak up but the time ends and the judge says we will restart tomorrow. He ends the session. Mannat thinks they will be divorced tomorrow. Ibadat wipes her tears and leaves. Subhan glares at Mannat and leaves.
Ibadat finds Hamida’s missed calls and calls her. Hamida cries and says Dua is not fine. Subhan comes there and hears that.
