MUMBAI: With a lot of announcements, one that garnered a lot of attention was the announcement of ‘The Sabarmati Report’ which is directed by Dheeraj Sarna and stars Vikrant Massey, Ridhi Dogra and Raashii Khanna. The movie was initially announced to be released on 3rd May but the release date got postponed and the movie finally released on 15th November.
The movie is produced by Ektaa R Kapoor, Shobha Kapoor, Amul V Mohan and Anshul Mohan. The movie announcement made a wave amongst the audience. Mainly the curiosity about this movie was because of the casting and the story of the movie.

The makers released the much-awaited teaser and trailer in which we got to see how the movie is based on what took place in Sabarmati Express on 27 Feb 2002. Audiences were curious to see what the story holds in store and also, Vikrant Massey fans were excited.

Yes, it was a difficult task for the team to pull off such a movie as it got into some controversies but as the movie released the other day, it has given a good response to the people who were doubtful about it.
