MUMBAI : Karthik Subbaraj has made quite a strong mark with movies like Jigarthanda, Jigarthanda DoubleX, Petta, Mahaan and many more. The director has also collaborated with Rajinikanth in the 2019 movie Petta which marked the superstar’s 166th film.
The director is all set for his upcoming movie with Suriya, tentatively titled Suriya 44. Meanwhile, in an exclusive conversation with Tellychakkar, Karthik Subbaraj talked about Pan-India movies and whether it has divided the audience more.
Karthik Subbaraj said, “I don’t think it has divided the audience. People are ready to watch...say people from North are eagerly looking for films from South and people from South, we have been eagerly looking for films from North. So I think that Demarcation is slowly going away, which is good. So it all becomes like one industry like the Indian film Industry which is very good.”
