Well, recently, fans got to know that Gaurav Khanna's character Anuj has finally made an exit from the show.
The actor recently gave an interview on the same where he mentioned that the show won't see Anuj Kapadia again as of now.

Fans are left heartbroken as they wished to see Anupamaa and Anuj back.
In a recent interaction with TellyChakkar, Rupali Ganguly was quizzed about the same and she finally broke her silence on Anuj's comeback in the show.
Rupali said, ''See I also know as much as the fans know. I wish Anuj to be back soon and Rajan ji only knows what is going to happen and what it will happen. He is the well-wisher of Anupamaa's life. I also came to know through the media. Recently, Gaurav gave an interview where he revealed about it. I really have no clue what's happening. I just go and do my work. I have never asked or questioned Rajan ji about the future storyline. I never have the courage to ask him this and he has created Anupamaa and he will do whatever needs to be done. I will just do what I am being said to do.''
Well, this seems pretty clear that we won't get to see Anuj back in the show.
