MUMBAI: Anupamaa is a popular Hindi TV serial that has been at the top of BARC ratings most of the time. It is having a great run with Rupali Ganguly playing the lead role while Gaurav Khanna the male lead. The show went through a lot of changes all this time but every change worked in favour of the show as it got a lot of attention from the audience and also led to the show being discussed amongst audience even more than before, which only hints at the popularity it has got.
A while ago, there were reports that Gaurav Khanna is no longer going to be a part of Anupamaa and this got a lot of fans disheartened as they loved watching Gaurav Khanna aka Anuj in their favorite show.

While we all know that Gaurav Khanna is not a part of Anupamaa the serial anymore, there were reports which hinted that the actor is waiting for a better scope in the same show and might enter if he gets it. How about we get the clarification from the actor himself?
In exclusive conversation with tellychakkar, when Gaurav Khanna was asked if he has been on hold or has he taken a decision, Gaurav Khanna said, “Unhone mujhe ek mahina rukne ke liye kaha tha. Woh 1 mahina 2 mahine mein badal gaya toh main ruka tha, main apna look bhi change kar raha tha...toh sir ne yeh bola ki abhi tumko baahar jo mil raha hai woh kar sakte ho and unhi ka hai ab aap mujhe aur saari cheezo mein shayad dekhein shayad na dekhein, i don’t know.”
Surely this revelation has brought the much-required clarity o the audience and especially fans of Anupamaa and Gaurav Khanna.
