MUMBAI: Known for her time on Bigg Boss 16, Nimrit Kaur Ahluwalia is looking forward to her big-screen debut this year with the Punjabi movie Shaunki Sardar. In addition, there are rumors that the actress has signed her first Bollywood production. According to a recent source, Nimrit will make her Bollywood debut in Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon 2, the upcoming sequel directed by Kapil Sharma.

According to a source, “There has been talk regarding Nimrit Kaur Ahluwalia joining the cast of Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon 2. While nothing is finalised, her name has emerged as a strong possibility. Given her fame and charm, she would make an excellent addition to the film’s ensemble cast”
An official confirmation on the film’s female lead is awaited.
The much anticipated follow-up to the 2015 hit comedy has already started filming in Mumbai, according to IANS. With Kapil Sharma playing the protagonist, the movie is sure to provide more turmoil and fun. The project, which is being produced by Ratan Jain, Ganesh Jain, and Abbas-Mustan under Venus Worldwide Entertainment in collaboration with Abbas Mustan Film Production, is being directed by Anukalp Goswami.
Nimrit will be making her Punjabi film debut with Shaunki Sardar which will be hitting the theatres on May 16.
In addition, Nimrit is well-known for her role in the hit television series Choti Sarrdaarni. She also participated in Khatron Ke Khiladi 14, a popular adventurous reality show hosted by Rohit Shetty, where Karan Veer Mehra won.
