MUMBAI: Actor Aiman Kalia, who is known for his role in Jamnapaar, says that his character in the show is very different. He says that he doesn’t relate much to him.

“In terms of acting, I played Avi in Jamnapar, a character quite different from me. Avi was a bully who flaunted his status, but I don't relate to him at all. I also have a small role in a Hotstar series Chiraiya releasing this year, where I will play the younger version of Faizal Rashid's character in one episode. Additionally, I will be seen in the upcoming film Tera Yaar Hoon Main, playing the best friend of the main lead. Recently, I joined Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin. Apart from that, I have worked on several short films and a music video titled Battisi, which has just released ,” he says.

Talking about what inspired him to act, he says, “Initially, I wasn’t deeply inspired by any particular actor, but I admired Sushant Singh Rajput’s unique acting style, which drew me toward films. Later, film school introduced me to other actors, and my inspirations evolved over time.”

He adds, “However, if I weren’t acting, I would have pursued an MBA and started my own business, possibly in real estate as an advisor or investor. Another dream of mine has always been to become an Air Force pilot. I have a deep fascination with fighter jets and extensive knowledge about them. In the future, I would love to apply for a fighter jet license. As an actor, one of my dream roles would be in a film where I get to fly a fighter jet.”
