On Valentine's Day, actor Ashish Dixit of Chatti Maiyya Ki Bitiya shares his "Love Story" with his wife Shweta

MUMBAI: Love has a special ability to bring two souls together, frequently in the most unlikely of settings. On the set of a horror movie, Ashish Dixit, who plays Kartik in Chatti Maiyya Ki Bitiya on Sun Neo, experienced the power of fate. Ashish recounts his love story on Valentine's Day, explaining how a straightforward relationship on set quickly developed into something much more.

"We first met on the set of a horror film while shooting at Rajvant Palace in Baroda," Ashish recalls of their adventure. That was the beginning of our friendship. We felt a unique connection between us as our link became deeper over time. We gradually came to understand that this was a deeper, more intimate relationship than just friendship. Once we were back in Mumbai, we began dating. We spent a lot of time together over the course of three years or so, getting to know and understanding one another. We eventually came to the realisation that our love was enduring. We made the lovely decision to get married at that point.

"There are many beautiful memories in our love story that I will never forget," Ashish says of a memorable vacation that is still one of the most romantic occasions in their relationship. However, one of my favourite memories is from when I was working on another project. Since I only had four or five days off, Shweta and I made the most of it by travelling to Goa. It was wonderful all the time! It was all unforgettable—calm beach walks, candlelight dinners, romantic evenings, and loads of fun. Because we were alone in our little world of happiness and there was no stress or hurry, those were some of the most lovely days of our life.

Vaishnavi, an orphan who finds solace and strength in her unwavering faith in Chatti Maiyya, who serves as a motherly role in her life, is the subject of Chatti Maiyya Ki Bitiya, which airs on Sun Neo at 7 PM. Ashish Dixit, Sara Khan, Jaya Bhattacharya, Brinda Dahal, and Sneha Wagh are among the show's brilliant ensemble cast members.
