MUMBAI: Bhumika Gurung is a popular TV actress in the showbiz world.

The stunning diva is currently seen in Zee TV's show Bas Itna Sa Khwaab Hai.

Bhumika entered the show as Shagun Trivedi and she is portraying a negative role in the drama series.

Well, we all know how viewers have a very different perception of negative characters and they accordingly give reactions on social media too.

In a recent interaction with TellyChakkar, Bhumika was asked about the harsh reaction she is getting on social media for her negative role in the show.

The actress said, ''Yes, we do get harsh reactions on social media for playing negative roles. But for me, I can them as a compliment. It is definitely like an appreciation for any actor. But thankfully for my character, I have received immense love and support because I am sure my fans see me as an actor and not somebody who is playing a vamp on television. They know how much for me my role means and they know that I am portraying different kinds of roles in the past as well. So, for me, even if anyone who is getting trolled, it is like a compliment.''
