MUMBAI: Anupamaa is presently ruling our television screens. The show is doing exceptionally well and is topping the weekly BARC ratings.
These days, the show's track focuses on quite an interesting narrative, where the show has taken a fifteen years leap and the kids are all grown up and are living with Anupamaa and the problems surrounding her don't end.
The current track focuses on the entry of the Kotari family (Prem's family), who are opposed to the Shah family, particularly Anupama and Rahi, and have advised them not to enter the house after discovering Prem and Rahi's relationship.

In the upcoming episode, Vasundhara will tell Babuji that he has to wash Prem’s feet and that’s when Anupama will say that Bapuji will not do anything like that.
Prem is also not in favour of this and hence he tells him that this function should be cancelled or someone else should do it as Rahi’s dad is not there.
But at the end Ansh comes and does the ritual as he is Rahi’ brother and also has the right to do it and hence he does it and solves the problem of the Shah and Kotari family.
Well, it will be interesting to see how the rest of the functions would take place.
