MUMBAI:Suman and Teerth share a romantic moment when trapped in an elevator, but as the doors open, media reporters capture it, bombarding them with questions about their relationship and political affiliations. Embarrassed, they quickly leave.

Later, Suman calls a doctor for Teerth’s treatment, but he refuses care until she reveals the truth about Rishi’s fatherhood, leaving her shocked and conflicted. Rishi, worried about Teerth’s deteriorating condition, pleads with Suman to help, intensifying her inner turmoil.
Meanwhile, Vikram struggles with his unreciprocated love for Suman. Malini reassures him that nothing is happening between her and Teerth, motivating him to pursue Suman with determination. Akhil confronts Suman about her feelings for Teerth, but she, frustrated, slaps him and denies any love for Teerth.
Teerth is finally admitted to the hospital, but tensions rise as Reva faces her mother’s anger for supporting Suman. Devika, misunderstanding the situation, believes Suman tried to harm Teerth and records a confession.
