MUMBAI:The Episode starts with Anirudh pleading with Jhanak to listen to him, but she refuses. She worries that if the family sees them together, they will misunderstand her. Anirudh insists that she must attend Choton’s wedding, urging her not to let others influence her decision. Jhanak questions his words, and he clarifies that she should not skip the wedding for anyone’s sake. She agrees to attend, but only if Arshi has no objections. Lal and Bipasha spot them together, and Bipasha secretly takes a photo. She confronts them, asking what they are doing. Anirudh openly admits he was speaking with Jhanak and challenges what’s wrong with that. Jhanak quietly leaves and goes inside.

Choton gifts Mrinalini something special. She is surprised and asks him why he spent so much money. He explains that everyone considers him useless, and he wants to prove them wrong. Mrinalini, though happy with the gifts, urges him to be more responsible with money since they are about to start their married life. As he turns to leave, she stops him, emphasizing the importance of financial stability. He then shows her a gift chosen by Jhanak, which Mrinalini finds beautiful. He expresses concern about Jhanak’s mistreatment in his house, saying that no one cares about her struggles. Just then, Mrinalini’s father arrives. Choton presents him with a gift—a pen. The gesture touches Mrinalini’s father deeply as he recalls losing the same pen that his father had once gifted him.
Appu confides in Anuradha, expressing her fears and crying about the doctor’s statement. Anuradha questions why the doctor said such things, while Kajol reassures them that it is just part of the treatment. Appu, however, stubbornly refuses to go to the hospital. Lalon insists that she must, but Appu gets upset and accuses him of being cruel. She then refuses to speak with him. Changing the subject, Lalon inquires about Jhimli’s whereabouts. Anuradha informs him that Jhimli has gone to college to apply for her exams and suspects that Anindo is pushing her to complete her graduation.
Lalon then asks if the builder has arrived. Anuradha replies that no one has come yet and admits she is nervous about keeping the money at home. Lalon reassures her that their locality is safe, but she insists he call the builder. Just as he agrees, the builder arrives. Appu immediately warns him not to run away with their money. As the transaction is about to take place, Lalon asks Anuradha to retrieve the money. However, when she opens the cupboard, she is horrified to find the bag empty. Lalon asks what’s wrong, and Anuradha, panicking, reveals that the money is missing. They frantically search for it but come up empty-handed. Anuradha breaks down in tears. The builder, sensing trouble, tells Lalon that he will return in the evening and leaves. Lalon, desperate to solve the mystery, instructs Kajol to call Jhimli, but she is not answering her phone.
Tanuja confronts Jhanak with the photo Bipasha took and demands to know what she was discussing with Anirudh. Jhanak calmly tells her to ask Anirudh instead. Bipasha accuses Jhanak of becoming arrogant just because a few people in the house support her. She warns Jhanak not to cross the line. Tanuja sternly instructs Jhanak to stop talking to Anirudh privately. Jhanak dismisses the concern, stating that she has no interest in interfering with Arshi and Anirudh’s life. Tanuja warns her once again and leaves. Bipasha, however, remains suspicious and vows to keep a close eye on Jhanak. Jhanak, unbothered, tells her to do whatever she wants, but deep down, she wonders how much longer she will have to endure such treatment.
Vihaan informs Ketki that he is heading to Kolkata to meet Anirudh and attend Choton’s wedding. Prachi encourages him to enjoy the occasion. Ketki asks Vihaan to take a gift for Choton, to which he agrees. He then reveals something shocking—Jhanak is also in Kolkata. Prachi immediately asks what he plans to do about it. Vihaan declares that he will request Jhanak to return with him. He believes Ahaan needs her, insisting that Jhanak is the mother he requires. He firmly states that if Jhanak agrees, he will bring her back. Turning to Ketki, he demands a promise that she will not harm Jhanak. Ketki hesitates but vaguely responds that she will think about it.

Jhanak stands her ground, explaining to Tanuja that it was Anirudh who sought her out for conversation. Bipasha refuses to believe her, calling her a liar. Tanuja warns that if Arshi sees Jhanak and Anirudh together, she will be deeply hurt. She reminds Jhanak that she does not want Arshi to suffer any stress. Jhanak reassures her that she has no intention of interfering in Arshi and Anirudh’s relationship. Despite this, Bipasha urges Tanuja not to trust Jhanak. Tanuja believes she has made herself clear and leaves. Bipasha vows to monitor Jhanak closely. Jhanak, exhausted by the constant scrutiny, wonders how much longer she will have to face such hostility.
