Later that night, Ranvijay looks after Vayu, ensuring he is comfortable. Jaya notices how peacefully Vayu is sleeping and mentions that she brought tiffin for Ranvijay. She teasingly adds that it almost feels like she has observed a fast for him. Ranvijay, touched by her gesture, smiles warmly and thanks Jaya for guiding him toward the right path. However, he admits his frustration over the control Vaiju has over Vayu’s life. Jaya responds playfully, reminding him that she holds control over him as well.
As their conversation deepens, Jaya points out how Vaiju’s presence unsettles Ranvijay. He, in turn, confesses that the thought of Vaiju being with Milind pains him deeply. No matter how hard he tries, he cannot ignore their togetherness. Meanwhile, Vani joyfully explores their new rented home, thrilled about the fresh start. Vaiju, however, becomes lost in memories of her time with Ranvijay. Radhika hands her the house keys, and Vaiju curiously asks about the owner.
At home, Vasundara wonders about the consequences of Vaiju’s return. Ranvijay assures her that nothing will change, insisting that no matter where Vaiju goes, she will have no effect on him. However, Vasundara remains skeptical. After he leaves, she tells others that inviting Vaiju for Vayu’s sake is like bringing a matchstick near a bomb—one spark could cause an explosion.
Meanwhile, Vaiju discusses the rent with Radhika, agreeing that it’s reasonable but expressing concern over any extra costs. She inquires about the landlord, but Radhika informs her that he is currently out of town. Elsewhere, Jaya reassures Vasundara that regardless of circumstances, Ranvijay’s sole focus will be Vayu. Moreover, she acknowledges that Vaiju is the only one who can truly encourage him.
Sulekha raises questions about Vani, leading Vasundara to ask about the girl who has bonded so well with Vayu. Sulekha, however, shifts the conversation to Vaiju’s appearance, taunting her for continuing to wear vermillion and a mangalsutra. She warns that if people find out about Vaiju’s relationship with Ranvijay, the family’s reputation will suffer. Vasundara intensifies the insults, but Rao Saheb steps in to defend Vaiju. Unfazed, Vasundara coldly declares that, as far as she is concerned, Vaiju is dead to them. To solidify this stance, she suggests celebrating Jaya and Ranvijay’s wedding anniversary with great pomp and splendor.
Later, Vaiju meets Vayu and asks if he had a good night’s sleep. Ranvijay and Jaya arrive as Vaiju playfully interacts with Vayu. She removes his spectacles and instructs him to close his eyes, encouraging him to focus on what he can hear. Vayu slowly lists the sounds—the wind, the ticking clock, and even their voices. Vaiju then hands him a basketball, asking him to identify it by touch. When Vayu correctly guesses that it is a ball, Vaiju praises him for recognizing it without using his sight. She excitedly shares that she has already submitted his basketball registration form, promising to support him in every way possible.
As the moment unfolds, Vaiju invites Vayu to visit her rented home. Intrigued, Vayu requests Ranvijay to drop Vaiju off, eager to see where she now lives.
