MUMBAI: The cast of the popular TV show Kahaani Ghar Ghar Kii recently had a get-together, and we couldn't be happier to see how they have all aged like fine wine. Looking graceful as ever, the reunion saw Sakshi Tanwar, Manav Gohil, Deepak Qazir, Sucheeta Trivedi, Sweta Keswani, Shweta Kawaatra, Gautam Chaturvedi, and Madhuri Bhatia. While it brought happy tears seeing the cast of every 'ghar' ka favourite show having a gala time together, we wondered who the lady is in the pink and white striped shirt.
Well, don't go just googling yet. She is producer Mitu, who was the creative mind behind many a brilliant show that we call iconic today. She was associated with Kahaani as its main creative force for almost six years, in the eight years that it was on-air.
She shared the pics from the reunion on the official page of her production house, Positive Thinkerz, and wrote, "A reunion that meant a lot. Warmed hearts. Strengthened bonds. Connected where we left off. Friendships that date back 2.5 decades. Relations that have lasted really long. We might have all come a long way. But the beauty is that we took our first steps together, and we had each other to hold onto when we stumbled. This was genuinely that Kahaani of Hamare Ghar Ki, while for the audience it was Kahaani Ghar ghar kii! This was home and will always be home for us all. Love you guys all #sakshi My BFF and @deepak_qazir_kejriwal, @sucheetat, @swetakeswani, and @shwetakawaatra, of course, the ever-handsome @manavgohil, and the wonderful pillar is us all @gautampinetree! Mitu has an experience of over two decades in the industry; she has worked as the Creative Producer at Balaji Telefilms on shows like Kahaani Ghar Ghar Kii, Kasamh Se, Pavitra Rishta, and Bade Acche Lagte Hain, to name a few. She has also done Saat Phere and Sarrkkar for Zee TV.
She later started her own production company called Positive Thinkerz, which caters to modern and hard-hitting stories. Her show Bhaage Re Mann that came on Zindagi TV marked her production debut as a solo producer on pvt channel. It later streamed on Netflix and is now on Zee5. She has done a six-series anthology on LGBTQIA for Atrangii App.
With her experience and knack for storytelling, Mitu is looking forward to creating more stories that leave an impact on the audience while also giving her the opportunity to produce quality content.
