Her massive popularity reflects in her ever-growing social media presence, where she enjoys a whopping 5.3 million followers on Instagram.

Her journey to superstardom was further solidified after her phenomenal stint in Bigg Boss Season 16, where she emerged as the third runner-up.

A force to be reckoned with, Priyanka was hailed as one of the strongest contestants of the season, winning hearts across the nation.

However, post-Bigg Boss, the actress has been rather selective with her projects. Her last notable appearance was in the OTT series Dus June Ki Raat, leaving fans eagerly awaiting her next big move.

In a recent interview, Priyanka candidly spoke about the challenges of making a mark in Hindi cinema, revealing the hurdles she has faced in her transition from television to films.

“Breaking into films is a task—it’s not easy at all,” she admitted. “I’ve taken a short break from television because it requires a long-term commitment, and I want to explore new opportunities. At the moment, my focus is entirely on films and OTT projects.”

She further shed light on the struggles faced by outsiders in the film industry, adding, “You can choose to accept it or deny it, but the struggle is real. I do believe there is groupism in Hindi movies. While there are a few who genuinely offer opportunities, luck also plays a crucial role. If you manage to get a chance, the key is to keep working hard. I strongly believe that perseverance pays off—not today, not tomorrow, but eventually, success will come. However, I know that getting into films is extremely challenging. When the time is right, it will happen.”

Undoubtedly, watching Priyanka Chahar Choudhary grace the silver screen would be a sheer delight for her fans. With her unwavering determination and talent, it’s only a matter of time before she makes her grand entry into Hindi Movies.
