Actors are often appreciated for their performances in every project. However, there are a lot of people who should be credited for making a project successful.
Casting directors are one of the most important aspects of any project.
One such casting director is Dheeraj Mishra.
Dheeraj has been a part of the industry for several years and worked on many successful projects.

In a recent interaction with TellyChakkar, Dheeraj spoke about his casting experience and challenges related to it.
Revealing his casting experience, he said, ''Sometimes we finalize an actor for a particular show, he or she then backs out at the end moment for other options. This leads to our waste of time and energy. This becomes very challenging. Nowadays, the budget has also decreased as per the industry standard, it becomes difficult at times to convince the actor on a given budget.''
Furthermore, the casting director reveals his experience of convincing an actor for a particular role which he/she has not done so far, he said, ''Have been in this industry for 10 years now. So, for me convincing any deserving actors for a particular role hasn't been a tough task because at the end we all want to work which creates an impact and really good actors resonate with this.''
