MUMBAI: Megastar Chiranjeevi’s magnum opus Vishwambhara is already making waves, especially after the release of its teaser, which offered a glimpse into the mesmerizing world crafted for the film. Directed by Vassishta and produced by Vikram, Vamsi, and Pramod under the prestigious UV Creations banner, the movie is currently in its post-production phase. Meanwhile, the makers have announced the beginning of the film’s musical journey.
The film’s first single, “Rama Rama,” composed by Academy Award-winning music director MM Keeravani, will be released on April 12. Both the title and the song’s poster hint that “Rama Rama” is a devotional track. The poster features Chiranjeevi surrounded by children dressed as Hanuman, with a grand statue of Lord Ram in the background. The lyrics for the track have been penned by Saraswatiputra Ramajogayya Sastry.
Director Vassishta, who left a strong impression with his blockbuster debut Bimbisara, has poured his heart and soul into Vishwambhara, which he considers his most ambitious and prestigious project to date.
The film boasts a stellar cast including Trisha Krishnan, Ashika Ranganath, and Kunal Kapoor in key roles. Cinematography is handled by Chota K Naidu, with production design by AS Prakash. Vamsi-Shekar are managing the film’s PR, while marketing is spearheaded by First Show.
