MUMBAI: Renowned television actress Surbhi Jyoti, known for her striking performances and immense fan following, has once again captured hearts not just through her work, but with a touching revelation about her past.
The talented star first rose to prominence with her roles in hit TV series such as Qubool Hai and Naagin 3, both of which cemented her status as a household name across India.
Most recently, she impressed audiences with her stellar portrayal of Tara in Gunaah Season 2, which premiered on an OTT platform earlier this year.

The series, released in January, has kept viewers thoroughly engrossed with its gripping storyline, and Surbhi’s performance has been widely praised for its depth and authenticity.
Since wrapping up Gunaah 2, Surbhi has taken a well-deserved break from signing any new projects, enjoying a bit of downtime away from the spotlight.
However, during a recent interview, she surprised fans by opening up about a lesser-known chapter from her early days her connection with none other than comedy legend Kapil Sharma.
In a nostalgic moment, Surbhi shared that she was once taught acting by Kapil Sharma himself. “Kapil and Bharti were our seniors back then.
Kapil was our super senior who had already passed out, but we still addressed him as ‘sir’ out of respect,” she recalled fondly. “He wasn’t much older than us, but we held him in high regard.”
It’s a remarkable full-circle moment for fans to see how far all three Kapil Sharma, Bharti Singh, and Surbhi Jyoti have come in their respective journeys, with each carving a unique and successful path in the entertainment world.
Their shared beginnings and dedication to their craft are a testament to where passion and perseverance can lead.
