MUMBAI: Star Plus show Advocate Anjali Awasthi is one of the most loved and watched shows on Television. The show has impressed the audiences with its gripping storyline and that's what has made the show rank among the Top 5 shows in the BARC charts.
The show is slated to take a leap after which Anjali's daughter Aarti will be seen taking over the show as a lead. Interestingly, Shritama Mitra who played the lead in the first season has been retained to play the character post leap.
Now, TellyChakkar.com has exclusively learned that actress Simran Singh who's known for her stint in Qayamat Se Qayamat Tak has been roped in to play the parallel lead in the show alongside Shritama Mitra.

A source revealed that Singh's entry will bring an exciting factor and an intriguing twist in the current track of the show. We tried to contact Simran, but she remained unavailable for comment.
Post leap, actress Shritama will be seen playing a dual role. She will play the characters of both mother and daughter (Anjali and Aarti).
