In our curiosity, we called up Manish to know about his plans today to which he shared, “First of all, let me thank everyone for their lovely wishes. Some mad cousins and friends came down to my place to wish me at night. After a brief cake cutting ceremony, we got indulged in a cake war. Later, we had a hard time cleaning the house that went on till morning (laughs). You won’t believe that I have already cut 11 cakes during the day and God knows how many more will have to put the knife on. Since I am currently shooting, I don’t know about my evening plans.” “As far as gifts are concerned, I am not a person who loves taking gifts; on the contrary, I love gifting. But me being a tech freak they gifted me a new phone Samsung S4. I have yet to open the rest of the gifts. I have got many lovely gifts from fans which consist of beautiful handmade cards, collages of art work, sketches and paintings. I truly appreciate their gifts and can’t afford to put them in. How can I forget these gifts that are like precious to me? Many people are not aware that Avika (Gor) calls me Shin-chan, but originally this name was invented by Swapna Waghmare Joshi (producer of Sanskaar). So, the gracious lady bought me a pair of converse shoes with a print of Shin-chan on it and I am wearing those today (winks).
