Shah Rukh Khan and Rohit Shetty celebrate 5 years of Taarak Mehta
SAB TV’s Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah had a special guest recently. Yes, the King Khan of Bollywood, Shah Rukh, met the cast and crew to celebrate the show’s completion of 5 years. SRK tweeted: “Such simplicity and love on the sets of Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah. Learnt to look at life simply.” Said producer Asit Kumar Modi, “He really exudes warmth and charisma. He wowed the team and cast alike in no time. It was a pleasure to meet him.” Dilip Joshi aka Jethalal feels that Shah Rukh is a philosophical actor and has the ability to create comfort zone for himself anytime, anyplace. “We never felt that we were with a super star. It was like we were having another guest in Gokuldham Society.” In the show, a series of letters have informed all the members to vacate Gokuldham Society because it is going in for redevelopment. Each and every member refuses to comply. One day they receive another letter telling them to meet the owner of the land. All are blind folded and taken to the venue. All are shocked to meet the real man who is interested in redeveloping Gokuldham Society. Is the real owner SRK? Find out in the show… This special episode to celebrate successful completion of five years of TMKOC with Shah Rukh Khan and Rohit Shetty will telecast on Sunday 28 July 2013.
